Project Outline
The Great Exhibition Company launched the Great Exhibition 2012 in a bid to capture our nation’s spirit in the way the Great Exhibitions of 1851 and 1951 did. FDG were invited to tender for the Brand creation for The Festival of Britain 2012 (later to become The Great Exhibition 2012).
Our Approach
FDG developed an identity for the Festival of Britain 2012 and supplied a comprehensive brand architecture and guidelines across Web, print and video channels.
Results
The brands developed were evocative and memorable, reflecting a positive mood of the nation, through unity, motivation and inspiration.
Our designs were well received by The Great Exhibition Company which lead to FDG being rewarded with the website design and development.
