Project outline
Radley is a quirky, creative British brand that makes beautiful handbags and accessories known for their high quality, creative design and outstanding value. As part of their commitment to their Field Sales Teams, Radley were looking to revise their training solutions and once again sought out the advice of FDG.
Our Approach
As no strangers to working with major brands and having already completed several projects from presentations to events for Radley, FDG were ideally placed to advise on getting the best from the FME team. FDG replaced the existing hardcopy training aids with an interactive presentation featuring animation and video clips to highlight product features and benefits, and devised a fun quiz to help teams retain key information and incentivise individuals.
Results
The FME presentation has been so well received that FDG now update the content twice a year in line with the new collections.
